The current bespoke system which has been built, programmed, tested, customer passed and is now set for careful packing down and shipment to the customer site. Cyber-Weld will re-build the system, re-wire, commission and meet customer sign off requirements.

The Cyber-Weld robotic MIG welding system uses a Fanuc Arc Mate 100iD 10L welding robot, mounted on a 8m long track, servicing two 3m long positioners, each positioner has a capacity of 1000kg. The majority of the welds are fillet welds and will be carried out with Kemppi A7 power source and using a 1.2mm filler wire to weld up the Chassis.

The configuration of the system lends its self to the most efficient system of automation, enabling the first station to be unloaded and reloaded, whilst the second station is welding. The accuracy, capacity, flexibility, speed of the system is a testament to great design and innovation.
