TIP/TIG - A Stable and Controllable Dynamic Process
The steady forward motion of the welding wire feed is super-imposed by a secondary linear forward/backward motion of the wire feeder unit.
The superposition of both movements provides kinematic energy into the weld puddle.
The dynamic effects produce a very stable and controllable welding process.
The wire feed speed, as well as the oscillating movement, are continuously adjustable and can be independently controlled.
Processes include:
TIG (GTAW) AC/DC, TIG (GTAW) DC+, Plasma, & Laser.
Weldable Materials:
Mild steel, stainless steel, other high-alloyed steels, aluminium and aluminium alloys, other light and non-ferrous metals, titanium, zinc-plated materials, and even coated materials.
Applications: Industrial to Heavy-Industrial
Food, meat, chemical, refinery, pipelines & offshore industry, tank & vessel fabrication, precision metal fabrication, shipyards, defence technology, aerospace, automotive industry, bicycle manufacturing, automation technology.

TIP/TIG saves costs and enables users to weld better, faster and easier. Excellent quality is guaranteed and its the most economical form of TIG welding...anywhere in the world!

Advantages of TIP/TIG Welding, with Cold- or Hot-Wire Feed
TIG welding of the highest quality, with very economical technology. |
Speed almost that of MIG-Pulse, and suitable for all materials. |
Excellent metallurgical and mechanical properties with all materials. |
Low heat input, reduced distortion, limited or no weld dressing needed, significant cost savings. |
High deposition rate in all positions, without changes of parameters, and with superb weld quality. |
Reduced physical and mental exertion for the welder due to single-hand operation. |
Welder can use both hands to stabilize welding gun. |
Automated weld operation can be achieved with low-cost investment, with excellent results in production output and quality. |
TIP/TIG welding with cold or hot wire feed -for manual welding operation, robotic welding systems, or special purpose machines |
TIP/TIG brazing is almost as fast as MIG brazing, but without the spatter. |
TIP/TIG twin dramatically increases output at little additional cost. |
Welding often needs less preparation than other techniques, saving time and cost. |
Minimal fume generation, beneficial to both operators and the environment. |
Operating voltage at 28V enhances operator safety. |
Approximately 480 TIP/TIG units are currently in operation worldwide - saving costs with high-quality performance day by day.
