At CyberWeld, every customer is important, whether a small jobbing shop or a multi-national organisation. We recognise the importance that the smaller users have in the direction and growth of CyberWeld in the UK.

Our goal is total customer satisfaction through partnership. Every automation exercise is a joint venture between the customer and the supplier. Undertaking this venture upon a foundation of mutual trust is the best route to achieve succesful implementation of automation solutions.

It is through this partnership, developed before order placement, that we will understand precisely what parameters you need to achieve, from your production rates to the basis on which you will judge the project a success.

If we can't make it a success, we won't take the job on!

Fraser Reid - Managing Director
In 1998, after working for various major robotics companies since 1983, Fraser decided to start up a Robotic MIG/MAG welding support company. Since this time, CyberWeld has slowly built up its clientele to over two dozen firms.

CyberWeld noticed a gap in the service given by the robot companies, namely that there is a complete lack of support at the sharp-end. The robot supplier doesn't want to aid in the day-to-day operation and problems that that the systems integrator encounters. This results in poor setting, constant welding problems, lost project time and reduced quality.

Production support is what CyberWeld is all about, from the production planning right through to the arc burning, we aim to give total cover, giving the customer exactly what they require.

The most important asset to any company and CyberWeld is no exception.

The self-motivated team of engineers all have a vast amount of practical experience in disciplines associated with robotic and process applications. They can correctly identify customers' needs to provide a sound basis from which a successful project will develop.

We understand that you require support out of normal time. We understand that you need weekend installations and planned modifications. We are used to this type of working and will plan our people around you.

CyberWeld has resident robotic production welding experts, industrial control experts and software engineers. Within the industry, we have formed partnerships with ISO 9002 testing companies, and many other independent engineers who give us support on larger projects. All the people have impeccable track records within the robotic welding industry. Our support group of engineers will provide the on-site commitment to see projects through to a successful conclusion. And managers will ensure all projects, no matter how big or small, are handled efficiently and professionally from order placement to buy-off.
